This commercial office development comprises approximately 32,000m² in three separate blocks of 5 to 8 storeys in height, around an open courtyard, all over a single basement level of car parking. The site is located along the south bank of the river Liffey and as such it has the potential for experiencing uninterrupted vistas all along the riverfront. We took full advantage of this opportunity in the design and ensured that the northern elevations of the buildings are mostly glazed, with a sleek and crystalline-like façade, which reflects the water in the daytime and shimmers with lights at night time.
