Providing a mix of residential and office accomodation, the development occupies a unique site fronting onto a stretch between Leeson St. Bridge and Hubard Bridge, in the centre of Dublin. The scheme was intended to produce a building which formally addresses the canal and provides quality office space and distinctive apartments in an urban setting. The buildings comprise of a five storey office block flanked by two four storey apartment buildings, each of six two-bedroomed apartments and one penthouse. The basement carpark covers virtually the entire site.
External finishes comprise natural York stone cladding to a two storey colonnade to the office block, with finely detailed glazed aluminum screens inset. Upper floors are finished in brick selected to complement the York. The office building is capped with a heavily sculptured reconstituted stone capping. The penthouse floors to all three blocks are finished with slate grey aluminum cladding panels.
