Eadestown House

Citation

Eastern - Under £200,000

Eadestown House is a listed Georgian house which was derelict for over 30 years. Most of the original features had disappeared. The client, who was also the main contractor, wished to restore it as a family home.

Additional living space was incorporated in the roof space. A concrete extension to the rear was removed, revealing an elegant double-height window, lighting and stairwell.
