Built as a result of a limited competition, the brief demanded a very specific and complicated series of spatial relationships. The resulting plan is complex and exciting and moulded to the clients' needs. The low profile form, with its Wrightian roofs, overhangs and terraces, attempts to reduce the impact of its large volume and to merge with the site.
