No. 2 Pery Square is part of the last Georgian Terrace built in Limerick City. The restoration not only of the house but also of the gardens marks an important contribution to the conservation of Limerick's urban fabric. The project conserved the structure of the building and restored the original interior features that remained intact within the building. The efforts undertaken by the client are rewarded by the success of this careful restoration
