This is a clever, sharp building, which has transformed a neglected corner of Dublin's historic city centre. The layering of materials and stepping of the facade has produced the effect of lifting the architectural trademark timber box literally to new heights. The building works well at every level. However its piece de resistance is the magnificent penthouse apartment which brings us city living on a higher plane.
